Primary Focus: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure Cloud & DevOps Automation
Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience, with strong expertise in Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of end-to-end DevOps practices.
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, supporting Azure environments, improving engineering processes, and collaborating closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, ownership, and collaboration skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Manage Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Boards.
Develop and maintain YAML-based pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
Manage source control using Git, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
Automate infrastructure and application deployments across environments.
Work with Azure services for application deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent tools.
Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Monitor and troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application issues.
Apply DevOps, security, and release-management best practices.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to continuously improve delivery processes.
Participate in production deployments, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Must Have
3–6 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Strong practical experience with Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
Hands-on experience with YAML pipelines.
Strong understanding of Git and source-control practices.
Good understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD lifecycle.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Experience with deployment automation and environment management.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code – preferably Terraform.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Good to Have
Azure certification, particularly AZ-400.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
Experience with Azure Key Vault, RBAC, Managed Identity, and Azure Monitor.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security scanning tools.
Experience with Terraform at an advanced level.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Application Insights or Grafana.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
